What materials are Indie & Urban pieces made of?

All Indie n Urban products are made of the best quality possible. Most of the jewellery that you find on our website are made of alloy and oxidized silver. Please read our care guide below to ensure the longevity of your jewellery.

How do I care for my jewelry?
Backorders & Restocks

Backorders (Preorders)

JEWELRY

  • Generally we do not allow backorders for our accessories/jewelries  unless the items are very exclusive and demanded for restocks
  • All orders should be placed via our website directly similar to how ordering process usually works. No deposits required for jewelries since our Jewelries are made to order. Hence, the time of delivery is not fixed/confirmed. Once the items are restocked/available then we shall contact for payments and proceed for deliveries
  • Strictly no last minute cancellations 
  • ONLY , If your items are out of stock while we are making order processes and you have made a payments earlier, then we shall reimburse your full payment without any charges right away  

ETHNIC WEAR

  • Ethnic wears are currently available on www.indienurban.com on PREORDER basis only unless stated!
  • 100% payment is required and all orders should be placed directly via our website similar to ordinary ordering process. 
  • Delivery will take (15-20 working days). DO NOTE : Incase of any delay we shall contact you personally to inform (but it is deemed to rarely happen)
  • If your items are out of stock while we are making order processes, we shall reimburse your full payment without any charges right away  
  • Strictly no last minute cancellations and no payments shall be reimbursed for cancellation after bookings.

Shipping within Malaysia

  • Peninsular Malaysia a flat rate of RM8 applies for all orders
  • Sabah & Sarawak a flat rate of RM15 applies for all orders 

*Customers are responsible to track your parcel upon updates of tracking code by our team. Failure  to retrieve your parcels from shipping agents can result in a return back to us. We charge a flat rate of RM7 to resend your packages

While we do everything in our control to ensure that shipping times are as above, delays due to courier services, public holidays and disruptions on postal services are out of our control

International Shipping 

Singapore 

  • A flat fee is charged of RM30 regardless of the number of items purchased or the weight of your parcel

*Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and can vary depending on the part of the world you are in. Note that delivery times commence from the date of dispatch. 

The customs office of the destination country may impose customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges to your international order where applicable. Indie & Urban is not responsible for fees associated with import. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient.

Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes, local duties and taxes

 

 

What is your Returns & Refunds policy?

JEWELRY

  • Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for any other purpose besides damaged or incorrect item. Item must have been damaged in transit.
  • If you wish to return an item, it must be in it’s original packaging with the seal and in it’s original condition. Any returns where we find that the seal has been tampered with, will not be accepted and will be returned to you with no reimbursement.
  • If an item is damaged or incorrect, we will either refund or exchange the item for you. However, we do not cover the cost of return shipping at the moment. An exchange/refund request must be placed within 24 hours of receiving the item. This will be determined based on when the parcel was delivered based on the tracking number provided by the courier service. All refund/exchange request should be directed to hello@indienurban.com within 24 hours of receiving the item with the email subject as Refund/Exchange.
  • Items bought under the sale section cannot be exchanged/refunded for any reasons unless the incorrect item was delivered.
